MDR have liaised closely with Croydon Council via multiple pre-applications, workshops, a strategic planning committee along with holding two public consultations to deliver a proposal that both meets our clients expectations whilst providing a scheme that is well suited to local context and part of the wider Croydon regeneration programme.
