MDR have been proactive in developing and embedding an apprentice scheme into the Practice. We were one of the first companies to partner a technical apprentice scheme and have successfully turned every placement into a full time position.
We have worked successfully with local universities, mentoring and developing personnel through their professional journey. Our ‘home grown’ architects are instrumental in our success, development and low staff turn over rates.
