MDR secured the working drawing package for two residential blocks forming part of a large 2000 unit development in Colindale. Currently utilising our technical experience, MDR have been responsible for the full technical detailed package for 133 units. The scheme has been subject to a tight programme, yet MDR have succeeded in meeting the strict deadlines imposed. Additionally, MDR improved the original consented scheme to provide an additional 9 units.

So far blocks R&S have been completed and they have been awarded multi story development of the year on the 19th of October 2017, the award represents the best in housebuildings and are considered “the oscars” of the construction industry
