Expanding Hotel Developments

After successfully gaining planning permission for our iconic Quaker Street site, MDR are increasingly working on a number of hotel developments both in the UK and overseas.

Our work encompasses the master planning and design of new hotels around the world incorporating a complete spectrum of business and leisure hotels.

Using a team of experienced staff and consultants we have a fundamental understanding of how hotels work, and drawing on our architectural expertise this crucial knowledge is combined with original design that is sensitive to location, heritage and legacy.

We have had over 10 years experience providing sustainable architectural solutions for developers, owners and operators and this expertise is well utilised in this market sector.

We can provide all or some elements of the service, often on overseas projects we work alongside a local architect and retain a project manager’s role. In other cases MDR can offer a full remit of services working all the way to completion.
