Drawing on our 10 years experience and our multi disciplinary teams, MDR remains committed to providing homes that people want to live in. There are signs that the housing market is gaining in confidence. We are certainly experiencing an increased volume of both enquiries and instructions on residential development sites.
We continue to work within a number of planning authorities across London and the Southeast and, despite the current economic environment continue to have had success with our applications.
In the last two months MDR has achieved planning successes for a 31unit housing development in Bexleyheath and a retail led mixed use project on the site of a former Woolworth store in New Malden.
Applications have been submitted for housing schemes in Redbridge (50 units) Lewisham (35 units) with further applications pending in Croydon, Southwark and Hackney.
