Impact in Croydon

MDR Associates are pleased to announce the completion of Impact House, in Croydon, our first major commercial project and largest building to date.

This includes an extensively refurbished and extended contemporary office space of over 13, 000m².  The building steps up from 8 storeys on each wing to 16 storeys in the central tower section.

The revitalised former Royal Mail building also accommodates a gym and cafe on the 8th floor, a green roof and a horizontally extended ground floor, which will house the brand new Croydon NHS Primary Care Trust, Walk – in centre.
