MDR successfully achieved planning permission from Lewisham council in 2015 for a new build residential scheme located at 29 Pomeroy Street in Peckham.
MDR’s proposals went through several pre-applications and detailed design reviews before the final scheme comprising 37 one, two and three bed units achieved consent.
MDR visited the site on Thursday (17th November 2017) prior to hand over to Clarion Housing Association by contractors Skillcrown Homes. Skillcrown managed to successfully mange a tricky site to delivery a scheme of excellent quality. The scheme will provide much needed affordable housing provision and occupants are expected to begin moving in Pre-Christmas.
The new occupants will be greeted with superb amenity spaces, high ceilings and easy access to local amenities and main line rail stations. We are delighted with the result.
