MDR are proud to announce another successful planning determination in the London Borough of Croydon. The scheme at 19-21 Russell Hill sought approval for the demolition of two existing two storey residential detached houses and the construction of 22 new residential units, formed of a mix of flats and houses, creating much needed space for individuals, couples and families. A large Registered Provider will develop the project over the coming 18/24-month programme with the aim of expanding their Croydon presence.
The recent decision extends MDRs exemplar planning track record within the Borough, which has seen the positive determination of hundreds of units over the last twelve moths. MDR are currently working on a large portfolio of circa 1200 further units at feasibility, pre-app and planning stages within Croydon.
